Most expensive home sale ($1.2 million) in Manlius this week: See 137 home sales in Onondaga County

Here are 137 home sales recorded between May 16 and May 24 at the county clerk’s office.

The most expensive home sale was a 5-bedroom, 5½-bath colonial in the Town of Manlius that sold for $1,200,000, according to Onondaga County real estate records.

The 7,450-square-foot home features two kitchens, a pool and a three-vehicle garage. It is located on more than 2-acres in Mallards Landing. (See photos of the home)
