Home sales: Portola Valley estate tops week’s sales at $25M | News

A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Portola Valley recorded the highest sale at $25 million for a four bedroom, seven bathroom home on 3.7 acres in the Westridge neighborhood, and Mountain View recorded the highest number of sales at 10.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company that obtains the information from the County Recorder’s Office. Information is recorded from deeds after the close of escrow and published within four to eight weeks.
