An Anastasia Island home topped the list of most expensive single-family home transfers in St. Johns County from Feb. 14-18, 2022.

The four-bedroom, 5,540-square-foot home sold for $1.45 million on Feb. 10. The house was last sold for $750,000 on Oct. 9, 2014. The home was built in 2017.

The house was sold through Lenny Byrd with JP & Associates. It was on the market for 16 days.
