The top sale is located at 7416 E. Twin Pines Court and sold for $862,500.

The home is new construction by Hartung Homes and features a three-car garage. It is located on a 0.48 acre lot, and is near Great Life Willow Run Golf Course in the new Mystic Creek Neighborhood, east of Veterans Parkway.
