Floral Transfers Nesting Tables Makeover

These lovely floral transfers are the excellent finishing touch to these nesting tables makeover! 

Whew, it’s been a active summer so far. How about for you? Hectic way too?! It just makes it go by that significantly speedier and I need it to sluggish down. haha!

I am slowly and gradually working my way as a result of this haul…only just one left soon after this one particular, yippee!

Today it’s the … NESTING TABLES!

I just cannot wait around to display you what I did with them. 🙂

Floral Transfer Nesting Tables Makeover

Here’s how they began…

And how they glance now…

Wow! What a variation, huh?

So let’s discuss about how they obtained right here.

1st up…

The tops had been a very little scratched up so I gave them a excellent sanding. (by hand)

Then I gave them a good cleaning with the TSP Different Cleaner.

When that was dry, I started painting. Now, if you know me, you know I don’t really like paint spindles, legs, or just about anything like them! lol
And these tables had a bunch.

I commenced with a brush but promptly went to this sponge to paint the initially coat. (I had this sponge in my stash, I do not try to remember in which it arrived from, sorry!)

It just seemed to lay that 1st coat down so considerably much more basically and evenly far too.

I proceeded to insert 2 extra coats with a brush soon after that.

The moment that was dry, I applied the floral transfers.

But 1st I laid them out to see how I required them to glimpse.

I imagined possibly I required to do them like this.

And then I imagined maybe like this…

And then realized I required to continue to keep it uncomplicated, like this…

That appealed to me the most, so which is what I went with.

Sure! Appreciate it!

To complete, I applied just one coat of Hard Coat Matte Topcoat.

So glad I stored it straightforward. I enjoy the look.

I’m so joyful with how they turned out.

I imagine they are so sweet.

And I adore these floral transfers! (I have a bunch far more to use out of this one much too)

Like the gold on these.

It truly provides a pleasurable very little bling.

So very. I simply cannot wait around to perform with the relaxation of them.

The colours are perfect…pink, blue, aqua and purple.
